I first encountered Avenue Q when it was a simple staged reading in a church basement. The following year, I costumed the first round of puppets for a workshop production of the show. I had the pleasure of working with the team on the off Broadway version at the Vineyard Theatre, the Tony Award winning Broadway run, and the national tour.
